About Our Services
At Portland Senior Care Advisors, we understand that choosing a senior living community or
long-term care setting is an important decision, and we are honored to assist you through the
process.
We are licensed by the state of Oregon to provide Long-Term Care Referral Services that help
individuals and families explore senior living options. Depending on your needs and
preferences, we may discuss Independent Living, Assisted Living, Memory Care, Adult Care
Homes, Residential Care Facilities, Continuous Care Retirement Communities and Medicaid-
contracted communities.
Our services are provided at no cost to the individuals and families we serve. We may receive
compensation from senior living communities if a client chooses to move into one of the
communities we discuss. The referral fee is paid by the community and does not increase the
cost of residency or services for the client.
Our recommendations are based on your individual needs and preferences and are not limited
to communities with which we have referral agreements.
Some senior living communities have time limits regarding referral compensation. These time
periods are at the discretion of the community and do not affect the individual or family.
Your privacy is important to us. Information you share with us will be used solely for the purpose
of helping identify and evaluate appropriate senior living options.
With your permission, we may share relevant information with communities you wish to explore
so they can determine whether they may be a good fit for your needs.
By choosing to work with us, you authorize us to provide you with information about communities in your preferred location, and share your information with the referred communities. We will not share your contact information without your consent.
Information about licensing, inspections, and complaint histories for Washington long-term care
providers is available through the Washington Department of Human Services at:

• We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of those
purposes.
• We collect personal information by lawful and fair means and with the knowledge or consent
of the individual concerned.
• Personal data should be relevant to the purposes for which it is to be used, and, to the
extent necessary for those purposes, should be accurate, complete, and up-to-date.
• We protect personal information by reasonable security safeguards against loss or theft, as
well as unauthorized access, disclosure, copying, use or modification.
• We make readily available to customers information about our policies and practices
relating to the management of personal information.
• Clients may request information regarding the personal information maintained about them
and may request corrections to inaccurate or outdated information. Requests regarding the
management of personal information may be submitted to our office for review.
• Personal information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary to provide referral
services, comply with legal obligations, and maintain required business records. Sensitive
personal information is not maintained longer than necessary.
We are committed to conducting our business in accordance with these principles in order to
ensure that the confidentiality of personal information is protected and maintained.
